Little Marlborough Wine Tours caters only to private tours

Dennise, the founder and operator of Little Marlborough Wine Tours has worked in the wine industry (both in the vineyard and cellar door) since 2005. In 2018 Dennise saw an opportunity to tell the story of the Marlborough wine industry in a knowledgeable fun way, and created Little Marlborough Wine Tours.

Every tour is created with your client in mind, the more information Dennise has about your client the better she is able to create a tour which is beyond their expectations.

The tours all start at 10.00am and finish at 4.00pm, however these times are flexible upon request.

Tours cater to 1-4 guests; all prices are per person. Children are not usually catered for.

Included in all tour rates are:

• transfers to & from Blenheim, Picton or Renwick

• lunch; a two-course meal with matched wine

• all tasting fees at cellar doors and/or exclusive experiences at the wineries.

Bespoke Private Experience

Your clients will enjoy an in-depth experience at each of the four boutique wineries we visit, tasting exclusive wines and guided expertly by Dennise.

Tour includes:

• 1-4 clients/guests in a private vehicle.

• Bespoke created itinerary, visiting 4 wineries and interacting with the knowledgeable cellar door hosts.

• Tastings will be the exclusive range at each winery; examples are Hanz Herzog, Dog Point, Greywacke, Auntsfield, Clos Henri.

• A visit to Makana Boutique Chocolate Factory.

• Wine matched 2 course lunch at a winery restaurant to match your clients’ tastes.

All transfers are included door to door. Blenheim, Picton and Renwick.

Duration is 6 hours, from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Times can be adjusted.

Cloudy Bay Exclusive Experience

Your clients will enjoy a very high-end private experience including an exclusive Cloudy Bay immersion, plus three other cellar doors, guided expertly by Dennise.

Tour includes:

• 1-4 clients/guests in a private vehicle.

• Bespoke created itinerary including; the Cloudy Bay Experience - a 90-minute immersion with your own Cloudy Bay ambassador - plus 3 other cellar door experiences tasting the exclusive range of wines at each winery.

• A visit to Makana Boutique Chocolate Factory.

• Wine matched 2 course lunch at a winery restaurant to match your clients’ tastes.

All transfers are included door to door. Blenheim, Picton and Renwick.

Duration is 6 hours, from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Times can be adjusted.

Winemaker Experience

Your clients will expand upon their knowledge with this special wine tour, meeting a winemaker, tasting exclusive wines and visiting several wineries, guided expertly by Dennise.

Tour includes:

• 1-4 clients/guests in a private vehicle.

• Bespoke created itinerary including a winery tour to meet the winemaker and discuss the presented wines with them. This experience is 2 – 3 hours duration.  It will also include private tastings at two other wineries. Tastings at wineries will be exclusive wines not normally available for tasting.

• A visit to Makana Boutique Chocolate Factory.

• Wine matched 2 course lunch at a winery restaurant.

All transfers are included door to door. Blenheim, Picton and Renwick.

Duration is 6 hours, from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Times can be adjusted.
